		<description>I&#039;ve always believed that every interaction with a customer or potential customer is a marketing opportunity.  Doesn&#039;t matter if it&#039;s a support call or a job interview!  

I&#039;ve just experienced an interaction with an auto insurance company that is handling a claim for their customer.  I have never been a customer of this company. I just need to get an estimate and they will pay to fix our car.  So far, I am very impressed with this company.  It makes me feel like if I ever change my auto policy I would choose them.</description>
